"Great stay! Wonderful facilities. We tried the room with two futons, they were not very thick so a bit uncomfortable, but part of the experience. The bar was a lot of fun, but it would be better if only for adults. Dinner is highly recommended! Each night something new and delicious. On the last night there was a bird trapped in the room vent. The flapping kept us up a bit at night. I mentioned it in the morning to the staff in hopes that they could get it out. I would have hoped to get a drink comped or something, but they just said thanks. Overall a good stay. "

"Post-card quality view of Mt. Fuji from the Fuji side. Brilliant. Also, Japanese style tatami mat rooms facing Mt. Fuji. The Western style rooms facing the lake are more comfortable but you miss the Mt. Fuji view."

"The whole experience was excellent. All the staff were attentive and available at all times. The amenities (especially the in-room hot spring) were excellent. The in-room dinner experience was a highlight and the hotel was able to cater to our dietary needs in a creative and tasty way. I would return again in the future. "
