"Our flight was delayed and our car rental fell through so we ended up taking a taxi from Bergamo. It was early hours of the morning when we arrived and Edin had waited for us on his own accord, checked us in and showed us to our beautiful room ! The room was clean and super comfy. The room had a lovely balcony overlooking the incredible terrain.The following morning Alessia organised a taxi for us to get to Brescia with no issues at all and she was extremely helpful and nice ! "This is a great stop-over if exploring the Franciacorta area as the villa is conveniently located on the main wine route. Francesca and her family (this is a family-owned business, after all) also offer excursions and visits to local wineries as part of specific packages. My partner and I really enjoyed the room and the garden (though unfortunately it rained a lot during our stay), not to mention the breakfast, which came in three main variants."

"this property has so much potential but the lack of service and care to our stay was disappointing. we waited over 30 minutes in reception and no one showed. I had to go behind the reception and use their phone to try to call someone. no appologies just told they were on a break. later that evening the ceiling leaked, water was all over the floor and again there was no one in reception to help. We assumed it was the air con (which was on prior to our arrival) so we turned it off, mopped up...
