)Began stay with very bad room (303 dirty, hot, no shelves in cupboard or even a chest of draws for a 3 night stay. Complained and got moved to a better room but still not great. Can only describe as tired. Service was very poor … no bar service during day in hotel or around pool.

camera deluxe molto ampia, colazione varia con prodotti di qualità. centro benessere moderno con parecchi percorsi. note negative: gli accappatoi e ciabattine sono identici per tutti gli ospiti interni ed esterni e si mescolano sempre. le due vasche esterne non sono molto grandi rispetto al numero di persone che vi accedono. va bene che offrono un aperitivo pomeridiano ma non mettere piattini ma solo tovagliolini per prendere il cibo non mi sembra molto pratico ed elegante nonostante sia un 5 stelle non abbiamo potuto cenare in struttura in quanto avevano un'altro evento privato. non può una struttura del genere non offrire il servizio della cena e invitare a prendere la macchina e fare km alla ricerca di un ristorante.

Una stella di troppo. Location da favola, immersa nelle colline poco distanti dal Lago di Garda, ma con qualche dettaglio da rivedere per raggiungere i servizi di un 5 stelle. La dotazione della camera prevedeva un accappatoio e un telo da utilizzare nella SPA, più un telo e un "cencio" sottile come un velo, da utilizzare nel bagno della camera. Alla richiesta di un cambio di accappatoio che, dopo un giorno di terme, piene di cloro, era fradicio, oltre che avere appunto odore di cloro, mi è stato risposto che non fosse previsto il servizio, quindi mi sono trovata a dover usare, dopo la doccia, un solo telo per corpo e capelli. Sempre in merito alla dotazione compresa, era previsto un mini tubetto di un particolare fango/crema idratante per il corpo, ed essendo in due, io e la mia amica, abbiamo chiesto di averne un altro, in modo da provarlo entrambe; ma anche a questa richiesta, ci è stato risposto che non era previsto e, nel caso, lo potevamo acquistare allo shop della SPA. Come ultimo dettaglio nel bagno era presente l'asciugacapelli Dyson, prodotto, questo, da hotel a 5 stelle, peccato che fosse appoggiato su di una mensolina di vetro, montata male e sia caduto mentre noi non eravamo in stanza. Non sono dettagli tali da rovinare la permanenza, ma di solito, in queste strutture ci si aspetta un servizio eccellente sotto tutti i punti di vista, ancor di più quando le richieste non mi pare fossero così pretenziose.
