"We had an amazing day at this hotel. I came for my birthday and they ended up surprising me the day of my birthday birthday with a tiramisu Dessert with a lit candle, They were very attentive, very kind, and it was overall one of the best experience I’ve ever had! "

"I stayed 2 nights here in January. Booked a private room.Solo travelling. The hostel has a good breakfast , a variety of hot a cold choices including cakes. Has a restaurant on site - handy after a long travelling day. Good value but limited choices. The communal area with kettle/ microwave/ fridge is so handy. Room and bathroom was clean.Fluffy towels, toiletries provided and daily room cleaning. There was a sauna, swimming pool , small gym but I can't comment on those as didn't use them....

"I booked a massage with Luisa and it was really good - so was the sauna and steam room. This was a plus about the location and unique for a Florence hotel If you are sensitive to noise, I recommend a room that doesn’t face the street bc of the train that keeps stopping every 6-7 minutes. The concierge was nice to let me move rooms and showed great customer service about it. I appreciate it Rooms are clean and staff is nice "
