The shopping, access to tram and city centre make this a great place to stay, A market practicallly out the door and tram down the street have easy transportation. Since it is not city centre it is in a quiet area and good service at the hotel desk."

"This is a very beautiful and ultra modern hotel. We loved the ambience and all. The only hitch is that 3 people can't share a room and it was disturbing since we got 2 rooms for us and our kids. They didn't have a rollaway bed or sofa bed. In general, it's a nice place with pleasant people."
"The location of the hotel was good. Easy to get to it via train/tram or Uber from the airport. While we did not have a good view out the window due to the room location, the room itself was extremely quiet and peaceful for resting. The staff were all very nice and helpful. We rented bikes from the hotel and it was very easy to get to VondelPark. We would definitely stay here again on our future trips to Amsterdam as long as the pricing remains reasonable. :-)"

"We stayed as a family in two separate rooms. One was a junior suite on the corner, which was exceptional and worth the up charge. We chose this hotel for the spa as our 16-year-old son was in a tournament and we thought needed those type of facilities. The issue was they did not let him in because he was not 18! Ridiculous to have a pool that kids can’t use. There also seemed to be no available services at the spa either so don’t choose this hotel based on the spa. We went elsewhere for massages. The breakfast is really amazing and you should add that to your room when you reserve. The on-site restaurant is great but has a limited menu. The chicken and waffles are the best item on the menu. They also have a lively crowd on some evenings with a DJ. That was a nice feature and was not annoying at all. We walked four minutes to the trolley to get into town, which was really convenient. The sundries shop in the lobby was open 24 seven and offered excellent snack choices as well as necessities. there is no self-serve laundry service on site and the sendoff service is quite expensive."
