"A good stay but it would have been better if the bar was open, not just at weekends and there was an option for the evening meal (which was OK but only just). The evening meal was "almost cold" seafood soup followed by "warm" salmon. No choice. We weren't even told about it. Staff were great and what made the visit extra special was the beautiful mass the following morning at 11:00. It says it's a 13 min walk but it's not, you need a car. The room was evidently designed for handiccapped people, so there was a normal shower which was very small and the curtains tended to move toward you and stick to you, on the other hand, there was a handicap shower wich was big, but if you used that one the whole floor became wet. Amazing stay

"One of the best places I have ever stayed in. Bed was sooooooooooo comfortable, large tv staff very helpful would definitely recommend. Two things could be improved- the shower can get quite slippery and no hand rail to hold yourself and the tv needed more English speaking channels or be able to connect to Netflix etc "

"The hotel is fantastic and incredibly convenient. The staff is very professional and friendly. Keep in mind that due to its central location, the surrounding area is busy and vibrant. We stayed on the first floor, and it wasn’t quiet—but we expected that, and it didn’t bother us at all. We loved that the hotel was clean and comfortable. Being in the heart of Madrid's action meant we could easily walk to restaurants, metro stations, and shops. This area is perfect for those who enjoy a lively atmosphere. Additionally, taxis are extremely easy to find here."
