"The property was very well located on Gran Via, close to lots of the main things we wanted to see in Madrid. The staff were friendly, breakfast was great with plenty of options. The rooms were clean (maybe slightly on the small side, but not too small), and ours was right next to the elevator, which we could hear most of the night when trying to sleep, so if staying here you may want to request one away from the elevator if possible."
