"We come to Madrid quite a lot and always book this hotel. We truly feel like we’re home, it is right in plaza España and a walk away from gran via. If you’d like it is also walkable to other parts of town like Salamanca and el Prado (if you don’t mind walking long distances). The staff is quite lovely, we couldn’t love this place more! "

"We spent Christmas at the property with 3 little kids. It was very fun. All the mayor city sites are close, two city playgrounds are at least 5-10 minutes away(walking). The front desk was very helpful and accommodating, the breakfast is wonderful our kids loved it too! "

"The front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful, accommodating our early arrival and scheduling a large taxi to transport five people and lots of luggage to the airport. Breakfast was great and included pastries, proteins, and fresh fruit. The location worked out well for us, as it was walkable to many tourist sites as well as nearby local restaurants. Rooms were simple but clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!"

"The hostel is in a great location and is modern. The hostel is in the center of Madrid so there is outside noise but this is to be expected however there is also quite a bit of noise from inside including when the room nextdoor uses water which was surprisingly loud. We didn't receive the check in emails but the staff were very friendly and fast to solve these issues for us. And on one occasion our code for the door didn't work but again the staff were very helpful and resolved the issue...

"Easily one of the best stays we’ve ever experienced! A very neat and tidy apartment has all the amenities you can think of. We felt just like home from the minute we walked in (well maybe a little cleaner than our actual home 😅). The location is perfect. Right in the centre of everything with great transport links. I want to find something bad to make my review more balanced but I just can’t think of anything."
