"This is our second time staying at this hotel. The room on the 16th floor had a nice view of Namsan mountain and the Seoul tower. Our visit was in late February, 2025 so it was quite cold outside. However, our room was excessively warm and wouldn't go below 25 degrees Celsius, even with the window open. The queen bed only had two pillows which were very firm and uncomfortable. In the evening, the internet speed dropped to only 10Mbs download which made it impossible to complete some work related...

"Small room but reasonable for the price we paid. Staff was great, spoke good English. The area was convenient with subway stop just a steps away. The entrance is a bit odd, it’s located in what feels like an alleyway, but it felt safe. Walking distance to the night market and lots of good places to eat around. "I stayed there this summer and had issues because I placed my luggage in the wrong storage room. I called their help line and a really nice guy came to help me within quite a fast amount of time. "The property is beautiful and walking around the grounds at night was peaceful. The food was amazing and the service and staff friendliness was superb. There is a convenience store at the pool / suites area you can buy snacks from. You can take a shuttle to gimpo Airport. My room was very clean and nicely layed out and decorated.
