"Reception staff are not friendly, however the rest of the staff are friendly and made their most to be helpful. Unfortunately my room smelled like spout, I reported it and even though the reception staff told me it was taken care, the terrible smell persisted when I came back in the afternoon, finally I was given the option to change rooms. "Casa Jacinta was excellent. Located on a quiet street just a short walk from Coyoacan’s main square, this small guest house/hotel was perfect for our needs. Note it’s a bit of a walk to the nearest Metro station, so allow for that if you are using public transportation to get around (it works great once you get to the station). Lots of great dining options near by"
