I sincerely appreciated the desk staff that held onto the Stanley water bottle for me that I had left on the counter when I checked out. One thing that could be improved is the policy with early check-in. There were rooms ready & available when I arrived, but if I wanted to check in early I would have been charged $40-$75 extra. "This was our second stay here - very clean, great staff, large breakfast buffet. Our second night, staff said due to high number of rooms booked, causing low water pressure, our shower would not work. Front desk staff accommodated the best they could, by allowing us to use a vacant room since all other double beds were full. Not ideal, but they made it work. "

"I was disappointed that the bed for the ADA room was a full size bed. Not even a queen. I wouldn’t have opted for the ADA if I had known it. Also, we needed to keep the vent going in the bathroom, because the mildew smell was so strong. I imagine the room is used as often as others so the bathroom linens become musty. Otherwise, the space, location and service are more than adequate."

"I’ve been coming here since 2020! I just love the hotel! Everyone is so sweet and welcoming! Easy check in as well! Downside is you can’t access to more than Netflix and YouTube on the tv so that sucks. I’d recommend bringing a laptop for entertainment. The pool and jacuzzi is really nice! The menu at the restaurant changes every month so be aware of that! I loved their strawberry dulce de lece cake they served on VDay! So good! Must be a permanent dessert please!!"
