Hotel is alright, but we paid more than another couple traveling with us for our room only to find out they got a better room that we did for less. When we checked in we were told they were sorry and that our room didn’t have the configuration we originally asked for. What we were not told it’s that it was an ADA room and with older furniture than other rooms of even lesser cost. I’ll talk to front desk in the morning but feel kind of ripped off if we wouldn’t have visited our friends room it would have been like ok I guess that’s how the hotel is.

This property was perfect for a 1 night stay in San Jose. It was a 15 minute walk from SAP center and 10 minute walk from some great restaurants in the San Pedro district. Some aspects of the room were slightly dated but you could tell a lot of renovations had been made. The staff were friendly and the continental breakfast was much better than expected! We had a quality breakfast before our train ride home.
