"The hotel was gorgeous! Our room was practically a one bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking the river. We did not stay on the club floors. The only issue I had was with the Sky Bar. The views are splendid while the prices are "Sky High"! 1700 Baht for a 4 oz glass of wine. Go up for the views but have a cocktail elsewhere. We didn't eat at the restaurants because there prices were high as well. I will say the breakfast which was included in the price of the room, was exceptional! Would recommend but eat your meals elsewhere unless you want very high end prices."

"Extremely convenient as it is next to Phloen Chit BTS and near to most of the shopping mall such as Siam Paragon, CentralwOrld, Big C, Terminal 21 and also Erawan Shrine. The only setback is the non-stop traffic jams at the road fronting the hotel. For example, we were tired after shopping at Terminal 21 carrying a lot of shopping bags and decided to take a Grab back to our hotel. We were stucked in serious traffic jam and it took us almost 2 hours to reach the hotel. We could have taken the BTS and only take less than 10 mins. So if you are taking BTS other than Grab or taxi, this hotel is a fantastic location. "
