The room was outdated, and the window glass was too thin and could hear the street traffic all night and was difficult to sleep. There weren’t any outlets by the bedside and had to get an extension cord from the hotel to have the phone charge near the bed.

It has a good central location. The swimming pool is really good. The rooms are good, too. However, I found that the AC wasn’t very effective even when I set it to 16*C. The best part of this hotel is the gym. It’s the biggest gym I have ever seen in a hotel room.

This hotel has a good location, which is one of its few positive points. However, if you’re traveling with family, I would advise against staying here. There’s no play area or facilities for kids, making it far from family-friendly. Vegetarians and vegans should also be wary. None of the food items are labeled with ingredients, and out of our 10-night stay, we only managed to have breakfast a couple of times due to the lack of suitable options. Apart from fruit, there was nothing else we could eat. The two Indian options were poorly prepared, and there was no non-dairy milk available, even for a basic bowl of cereal. Privacy was another serious concern. The bathroom has a glass wall with a privacy blind, but the blind was broken. We reported it, but despite assurances, no one came to fix it. We were left with no privacy and had to use the bathroom with the lights off. The first room we were given smelled strongly of urine, though they did change it upon request. Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, and even the lobby restrooms lacked essentials like paper towels or hand dryers. Despite prepaying for 10 nights, we ended up checking out two nights early because we simply couldn’t tolerate the experience any longer. It’s telling when a non-refundable payment isn’t enough to keep guests. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and respectful. The security and traffic staff outside were particularly

Due to renovations the walkway is closed. You need to walk up the driveway shared with cars. When you reach the stairs there are no hand rails. You then need to walk to the left to find stairs with rails. My VIP check in was supposed to be on floor 31 but wasn't. I was then told breakfast was on the reception floor but this was again incorrect as it was on the 31st floor.
