"Wanted a simple cheap stay over New Year I had my bag lost in transit between Mumbai and BKK. They were marvellous in helping to liaise between them and the inept Baggage Handling Dept, who continued to tell me lies Back to Marni. Spotless, friendly, 7-Eleven round the corner, cheap travel service, comfy private bunk, with a plug socket, light, firm mattress and 2 USB outlets. Remember to bring a towel although u can rent one for 40 Bhat Would stay again and highly recommend this 5🌟...

There are two locations and I showed up to the wrong location from my booking but they were extremely helpful by changing my reservation and providing a shuttle to the airport early in the morning. "From the airport, train then BTS metro on station away then 3 min walk. 15mins walk to MBK building. Customer service was good except this one incident where they made me wait 20mins for a fresh towel. the 12 bed dorm had new comfy mattress and a curtain for privacy. The bathrooms are always clean. WiFi was good. free breakfast was a disappointment. kitchen and lounge space was good. 2 new computers free to use."
