Room was dirty so front desk offered to move rooms only to find out that the next 2 rooms that we checked for cleanliness were also dirty. Hotel staff was apologetic at first and then seemed to be very bothered when I expressed my dissatisfaction. Lost my dry cleaning for a full day, no one knew what I was even talking about. Got hung up on twice by front desk. The one redeeming quality of the hotel was Rose at breakfast... she was so sweet and attentive! I wanted to love the hotel but was very disappointed.

The hotel is impressive in its design, cleanliness and welcome! You'll feel like you're in a 6-star hotel, as I'm sure it will exceed your expectations! Room views like you'll rarely get anywhere else, a truly inviting pool and a staff that's simply exceptional! The Thai market at the bottom of the hotel is just perfect for eating and food shopping! We were "sold" on the hotel!
