"Great comfortable large room and amazing buffet breakfast which is well worth it. My air conditioning did make some loud strange noises and there was no garbage bin in the kitchen which was odd but other than that a very comfortable stay. Good gym facility too."

"We had a great stay at the Doghouse. We were greeted warmly on entry at the end of the bar inside the Brewdog on the ground floor. There was a credit towards a meal and a drink organised for us. The room was very clean, styled nicely and had plenty of amenities available. Thank you!"

"The hotel was very clean and good location too. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was really nice with variety of food and drinks. The only thing I didn’t like was the heating, it made a loud noise, It didn’t let us sleep."

"Great location, close to the centre. Nicely appointed inside, as photos indicate. Basics provided, such as toiletries, tea bags, Fairy Liquid etc. A little short of mugs and glasses, although when mentioned they quickly brought us another mug. Quick response via email and text. Good value, would use again."

"Quick smooth check in, Carpark details were handed over. Make sure you enter the code rather than search. Had to use stairs because they were having a tough day with both lifts out of action. They were working when we got back later. Room was a delux double. Plenty buggy enough for us. Bathroom clean and this works toiletries. Kettle and tea making facilities in the room. Fridge. Safe. Small table and chair. Shower and bath in a long and thin bathroom. Worked well. "

"Really lovely stay, staff very helpful, professional and friendly. Room was ideal and comfy and clean had everything we needed. We ate and drank in the pub, reasonably priced and very good. There was a live singer the atmosphere was great. Breakfast was lovely too. Id definately recommend and would stay again."

"The hotel upgraded my room when they saw my guest was in a wheelchair. I liked the fact they had a hoist, even though we didn't use it. We will definitely stay there again when we are visiting our friend in the wheelchair. I would have eaten in the restaurant but the meal choices were limited to chips and burgers."
