"I recently stayed at Mena House, a hotel known for its outstanding service, which is why I was surprised by a disappointing experience with one of the garage security staff members. The security person “Ashraf” spoke to me in a very rude and loud manner, which felt unprofessional and unsettling. "Incredible and safe property for a space to stay in Cairo while exploring the city. A little further away ( although closer to the airport ) but worth it. Far more luxurious and far better food than the Four Seasons and other premium hotels in the city. "

"Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Its currently being rebranded to the Hilton. All the staff were very pleasant esp. the breakfast staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Big variety of dishes. Our room was on the 34th floor overlooking the Nile and could see the pyramids from our balcony. An overall pleasant stay."
