"I used this hotel for a business trip. I was there for two days in total. The first shock was when I drove up to the hotel. It was a roughly 500m long, unkempt gravel road. When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by a really run-down hotel complex. The rooms were unacceptable. Wallpaper was torn off. The bathroom was very unkempt. The shower didn't work. "The hotel is clean, but recaption staff are not professional. The gym is poor condition with equipment and opens from 10am till 10pm. I reserved the largest sweet and it’s small compared to other hotels. Bed are bad mattress everyday you’ll have back pain and ache. They try to squeeze money on normal services like asking for ice bucket which is free in all the hotels around the world. "

"We had a great stay. Staff was super sweet, however the hot tub/bath tub, was a major let down. It never had hot water and took almost two hours to fill. We tried to fill it 4 different times and always had the same problem. One night we even committed to waiting but by the time the slightly warm water finally filled the whole tub, it was cold. So we didn’t use it (which was a major reason I booked the room) Still the hotel and restaurant was very nice and the view was amazing. "

They assigned me a person driver to pick me up from the airport and a tour guide, I asked about food on the way from the airport to the hotel and they held the kitchen open for me to arrive.
