"Very good hotel near Tahrir Square and the Egyptian Museum. Owner and staff were very friendly. Room had two balconies, Comfortable bed, strong AC (and a fan too). Bathroom recently remodeled. Arranged a day trip to Alexandria with great driver. My only criticisms were the water in the shower was only lukewarm and when traffic is busy you can hear some car horns. Great value for the price and location!"

"Very good hotel and very close to AUC American university of Cairo , staff were helpful & friendly . Breakfast was open Buffet and was perfect too , the room was comfortable and clean , 13th floor rooftop restaurant has amazing view . Highly recommended ."

"Very disappointed. Booked the hotel but room wasn’t in a hostel 2 floors down. Building is in terrible shape. Room was not what we booked. Photos are misleading, they show you’ll get a balcony and a certain layout, you don’t. Room and hotel smelt like an ashtray. No blankets given. Advised them of all the issues, answers given were ridiculous. When asking for a blanket the response was ‘we don’t have blankets, no one asks for blankets but I’ll do you a favour and bring you a duvet cover to use...

"this was a great option for our family of four. location really central, with easy metro, walking and driving options to everywhere. the room was spacious with good beds. only downside was the fact the shower leaked a bit (but that’s a minor thing). we liked the breakfasts - different each day, and no shortage of food. and the staff were incredibly friendly…no hesitation to help when asked. highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable, quality downtown cairo hotel. "
