"I loved everything except terrible wifi service which is very important for me. Unfortunately I would not stay there again because of that. I’d recommend them to save money somewhere else or increase the buffet bfast price by 1 euro to provide a better wifi service. Food for thought."

"Hotel is right at Puerta del Sol, probably the busiest area in Madrid. Hotel and staff are great. Lots of places to eat and you can walk to most turist points. Metro is right there too. The only issue is if you want to sleep at night. It is very loud past midnight, sometimes until 130am with illegal live performers and loud speakers. Bring ear plugs if you are planning on sleeping. I stayed 5 nights and 4 were like that."

"Hotel Regina is a tasteful boutique hotel in a great location close to attractions such as Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and within walking distance to the Prado Museum, Botanic Garden and Reina Sofia Art Gallery. The Hotel breakfast package is a generous assortment of cold and hot buffet items. Finally, their staff is friendly, courteous and very helpful. I had a good stay at the HR and would return next time I visit Madrid."
