"The City View Hotel was a safe and convenient place to stay while I was in Cairo. It is centrally located. The food, I thought was mediocre. There were a lot of packaged items for breakfast and the restaurant served meals that were adequate but the quality wasn’t that great. I think if the hotel wanted to improve it should revamp the entire kitchen in terms of what is available for breakfast and the quality of their food, in comparison to better restaurants and types of cooking. "The room was very dirty, the bathroom flush stopped working and never got fully fixed. There was one tower in the bathroom. The carpets on the floor was very dusty. The picture of the room was highly misleading. The elevator is extremely old and scary. The reception of the hotel is heavily furnished to mislead customers completely. Rooms don't have good internet although it is mentioned in the package. Only after several requests to provide more toilet papers, to fix the flush, to add towels...
