"I really enjoyed my stay, I was treated exceptional and having airport transportation both ways was a major plus as I arrived at 3AM and departed at 2AM and this was included in my hotel reservation at no additional cost. The area was safe and the staff made me feel like family. Ashraf, the front desk night manager, offered me food and refreshments upon my arrival, very attentive. Mahmoud was prompt and anticipated my needs when it came time to relax on the rooftop, with that amazing view of the pyramids. George was the hotel driver who went above and beyond helping me get a sim card for my cellphone. The chefs there spoiled me and made very delicious traditional dishes that are vegan friendly, fillled with flavor. They really take pride in thier food. The owner, Adam was onsite and a very kind man. I am a solo traveler that really appreciated the personal attention. larger hotels don't feel as welcoming. I will definitely return here, I feel like I made genuine connections. Five stars all the way!"

"Property is clean and nice, super close to the pyramids, but the best thing is their service. Zayan it’s the best, he was attentive all our trip long, he made accommodations to pick us up from the airport and he facilitated our excursions with guides on our language. I would recommend to trust them because there is a lot of offerings and people trying to sell you things outside the hotel and on the surroundings. Trust them and you will enjoy your trip very much, plus they are not expensive, very fair prices. "

"The roof top veiw was amazing, staff were friendly and helpful , booked a trip also through hotel very helpful, arrived early so room wasn't ready so put us in a different room , which didn't have a veiw , but helped us get a good night sleep as outside was busy and this room was quiet. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We stayed in the Diplomatic Suite. Upon arrival gues services had left a cake for our anniversay in our room. Our sons were well looked after by the staff. They enjoyed the pool, playing billiards in the Char Bar a d spotting the different animals in the zoo from our balcony. Food is sublime in all the restaurants and the First Nile boat is an added bonus. We didn't mind catching a taxi into places like Zamalek as it was only 15 mins away (just across the bridge) and cost approx £2. Thank you to all the wonderful staff who made the stay extra special. No expense is spared and anything at all you need, the staff will discreetly arrange it. I don't make a habit out of revisiting hotels, but if I am in Cairo again, this hotel is where I will be."

"We felt so safe and looked after by the staff here, as a family with small child we were so reassured and had a brilliant time. Amazing view both from room and rooftop, so close. Food was very good, the Shish Tawook was the best chicken I think I've ever eaten! Thank you"

"We weren't here long enough to enjoy the facilities. Only stayed one night to go to the Pyramids which was really easy to get to, about 5-10mins in an Uber for a few pounds. The rooms were very nice, great shower what you will expect in a 5* hotel. Breakfast was nice too. Staff are all really nice and helpful too"
