Very happy with our stay. Perfectly clean rooms, food available late when we got in to check in at night, breakfast available until 11/12 depending on day of the week. We didn't spend much time there but any staff we did interact with were all friendly and helpful in either English or Spanish.

It's a really nice hotel, with all the amenities. The property is in excellent condition, and the rooms are extremely well-equipped. It's close to everything you'd want for a short stay in Madrid. The social hub is conveniently located 5 mins walk from subway and Plaza de Espana. Rooms are spacious, there is a cafeteria, a rooftop bar, a (small) swimming pool. The staff is nice and efficient. Cafeteria has good coffee and food, i want to make a special mention for Claudia. It's not the first time i stay at TSH and it wont be the last.
