"So it’s not easy to drive here. Somehow Waze took us on a gravel road for miles it wasn’t easy to drive. So just make sure you get directions on the pave road. It’s beautiful and serenity kicks in. The manager is extremely nice and his dog is the best! "

"Location is great. Facilities are great. Front desk great. Felt that hot water did not last sufficiently long for a family of 4. Had golf cart parked on our parking space and when we tried driving around it to get to our unit we scratched car on the hedges which is unfortunate as it is a rental car. Some issues with bugs getting into the house which we had to remove as one of the members in our family was bug phobic. "

"Nice two bedroom studio apartment about 200 meters from main hostel building. Managers were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Only slight negative, really more of a surprise, was that they didn't accept payment via credit card."

"This was our family’s second time staying here and we hope to come back again and again! Tracy and her family are amazing hosts with so much local knowledge and a real love of the area. The cabins are very clean and have everything you need and the property is beautiful with so much greenery and a short trail that runs around the property. The breakfast is extra but we totally recommend it, there were lots of options and everything was delicious. "

"This family owned place is awesome!! We were very late getting to the hotel due to mudslides in La Fortuna. We were really tired when we got there. They brought us dinner to our room. They even fixed a flat tire for me. Very clean place and they are very accomodating to whatever you need. They have no ACbut with the windows abd door open there us enough breeze to cool your room. Cant say enough goos things about our time there."

"Our party likes lap swimming and their pool was delightful to swim in. The breakfasts were excellent and their dinners were, as well. Close to a couple of other restaurants for walkable dining options. Excellent paella restaurant next door. Loved the gardens, the wild orchids hanging on the trees."

"As a solo traveler, I was welcomed and my needs were met from the very beginning. The owner, Juan, joined me for dinner the first night, which was welcomed and resulted in a very interesting conversation. The bungalow I was assigned was very comfortable. The farm tour is not to be missed. The included three meals per day were tasty and satisfying. The rancho and its facilities are well thought out, efficient, and highly sustainable. Truly a remarkable experience. Highly recommended (don't forget to bring and apply bug spray)."
