"This was one of our favorite hotels as we traveled through Costa Rica. The view from the room was incredible of the Arenal volcano and it was set in the rainforest. "The property was fabulous. We had a 3 bedroom cabin and each bedroom had it's own bathroom. It was nicely furnished. We didnt cook, but all the necessities were there. The grounds were amazing! There were wonderful hiking trails and a lookout where you could see to the Pacific Ocean. There was a hydroponic garden where you could pick vegetables. My grandson loved the hammock on the deck. The whole experience was so peaceful. I highly recommend this property! "

"Beautiful location, stunning mountain views and the clouds just roll on in to your balcony. Walking distance to some cool places and restaurants. They have a good shuttle service to the forest. Only feedback is some of the staffs attitudes, 2 of the employees were helpful, friendly and kind. The rest seemed snobby and almost judgemental. Could've been 5 stars if it weren't for that. "This property is set on a mountain and gives a very nice nature feel. Check in was very nice. Lunch, including vege options was very good. Breakfast was also very good. On the hand room had very dim lights, very limited furniture. One lamp was not working and required two calls to get it replaced. Only one soap - for hand was or shower. No body wash or lotion. Only shampoo; no conditioner.For breakfast you have to drive down for over a mile depending on your room location."
