"The staff at the resort were amazing - at checkin, restaurants, bars. The cashier at the buffet let me wander in and checkout their food options so I could decide if I wanted to eat there. I didn’t eat there this time but I will in the future. Room was very spacious and clean. My only issue was that I couldn’t seem to get the room warm enough for me to be really comfortable sleeping. It was like the heater would only warm up the room to 70 and then the air coming out of the heater turned cold. I eventually went to my car and got a blanket that I keep in it. Plenty of hot water in the shower. But, when I first turned the shower on the water came out brown (rusty). It was fine after a minute or so. The hotel sent me checkin and checkout emails but they arrived very late - too late to be of use to me. I had already checked in hours before I received the checkin email. In addition, I received the checkout instructions via email at 4pm in the afternoon - checkout is noon and I left the hotel at 10:30 am. I hope the were aware I was gone and didn’t think I was still there at 4pm. Otherwise, a nice stay and I will stay there again. "

"Filthy dirty. Like comically bad. Oh and the smell. It would smell better if they allowed smoking IN the room to cover up whatever it was stinking. Never staying outside of a Casino in Carson again. Do better."

"This non-smoking non-gambling hotel in Reno includes a huge climbing gym with steam and sauna. Hotel is very well maintained, staff is friendly, unprofessional, and the in hotel restaurant is quite good. This is the only hotel I ever consider staying in when I’m in Reno."

"I was in town for a training. The rooms were clean and larger than expected. It was nice to have a full kitchen and a bedroom separate from the living area. I am not exaggerating when I say it is the quietest place I have stayed. I was able to actually sleep! The staff was really great! Chris (if I'm remembering his name correctly) was wonderful. Very personable and attentive. He also gave great recommendations for food and drink. Will definitely stay again!"
