Four Seasons, Downtown Los Angeles hotels

"My stay was amazing. Loved the moxy and will definitely be back. However, the valet service were very rude and using derogatory language towards my cab driver when he was waiting for me. When my cab reached the hotel and contacted me to come outside, they were rushing him and calling him names when there was literally one car behind my cab, on top of the fact that my cab moved up and out the way to not block the hotel’s entrance. The wait for me wasn’t long and once I came out i essentially had to relax the valet service gentleman who were doing extra unnecessary activities for no reason. This happened around 6 pm Friday. "

"The amenities at the hotel were wonderful. The full kitchen was very helpful for our stay. The staff was tremendous. They responded to our request and any concerns we had immediately. The only small issue we had was the outside traffic noise, however, the earplugs provided by Sonder did the trick. We will definitely stay here again!"

"I had been wanting to do a staycation at this hotel for awhile and it finally happened. Booked the King Suite for my birthday and it was perfect! Spacious, clean, vibey. The room even had a Bluetooth speaker which helped to set the mood with my playlist! The front reception and staff were amazing, accommodating and friendly. The smell of the reception area is yummy! The aesthetic overall was chic, simple, and modern. Only complaint is that getting off the elevator the hallway kind of smelled like smoke. So if you can put some scents or fresheners in the hallway it would be good. Overall, I will be back and it’s in a great location of DTLA. "
