"Let’s start with the positive. The location is supreme. Safe to walk alone at night and you’re right across the street from a Four Seasons hotel and lots of luxury shopping. This is a no frills spot to stay for a night or two so don’t expect the world . The room was clean enough and the staff were accommodating, letting us checkout late with no charge. And yes! The hot water runs hot so don’t worry :)"

"This was my fiancé and I’s second time staying at L7, and it won’t be our last! We always feel so welcomed. The staff is always so helpful. The rooms are lovely! We are haven’t tried the restaurant attached yet, but we will when we come back! "

"The property was in the perfect location and was very clean. My only complaints was the bed was very stiff and the room was very hot and we could not get it to cool down at all, even with the thermostat to off it was 77 degrees in the room."
