"Staff were very friendly. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Only bad thing, our bath tub was stained on the bottom and wouldn’t drain while showering. Otherwise, room was very clean. Lots of Christmas decorations around the hotel which was very nice. Would stay again."

"Very clean and quiet hotel, pool is decent size and clean. Breakfast was served promptly, fully refilled every now and then so there's plenty of food for everyone. Sylvan Lake is a beautiful place to stay, short distance to the lake makes for lovely evening walks. "

"While I was there I had an okay stay, the room wasnt cleaned properly but the bed was clean and that’s all I needed. The floor wasn’t cleaned which was kind of gross, and while I was there the RCMP did a raid! Pretty cool. A lot of police around the area, make sure your vehicle is locked at night. The staff were all really nice to me 4/10 might recommend."
