"I stayed at Thien Ha 3 years ago and it seems totally different as if it was not maintained at all. he bathroom walls were cracking because of humidity and towels had black stains. he bed had dirty sheets and covers. After complaining about the room to front desk they said nothing can be done as the cleaners were gone at that time. I told them we would leave in the next morning.
