"Communication was very difficult. I was told I would be picked up at the airport. No one came. I arrived at scenic valley, there was no clear reception. I was not given instructions about how to check in. After not being picked up I was expected to pay an early check in fee which was calculated incorrectly twice. Very very dissapointing communication "

"スタッフさん優しいです 朝飯作ってくれてすごくうまい、洗濯もしてくれる ベッドメイキングもしてくれる。 プールもジムもある。 駐車場もタダ 鍵はカードキーと各部屋の鍵があるので安心 テレビはないが共用スペースにWebテレビはある。 チェックインの時だけは二キロ離れたサビナホテルフロントに行く必要がある。チェックアウトは鍵をポストに入れておけばフロントに行かなくてよい。　但し事前にロビーに報告する必要はある。 真夜中チェックイン時はホテルフロントのお兄さんが電気消してその場で寝てるのだが、ドアは空いてるので起こせば大丈夫"
