Was then told there was no reservation though they later found it, then was asked to pay again ...... until I could prove I had paid. Else the hotel was ok, the pillows in the room were useless. "We got spectacular winter weather, so the view and balcony were quite wonderful. Reception was particularly welcoming and helpful with our special requests and even managed to sort out a spa treatment at the last minute. I had the small but well-appointed spa/sauna area all to myself, fun and relaxing. Oddly, the room amenities were spare: one liquid soap/shampoo combo product was it, had to rent(!) a spa robe. But the low-season price, included breakfast, spa with treatments, and gorgeous area...
