"at first they wanted to put me in a smoking room which I strictly refused.I had an advanced paid booking with clearly non-smoking preference. So they upgraded me to executive room. which was ok, But later came next issue. room was okay, but no light switch worked to switch off the light at the entrance. I called for assistance starting 10.30 PM. All numbers tried: room service, housekeeping, concierge, no response. I tried again and again till 1.30 AM, finally.. at 2 AM they manage to took out...

"The room & bathroom cleanliness can be better. Upon entering room, an awful smell detected and quite dusty on most of the furniture surface. Bathroom especially the toilet bowl was in bad condition (dirty & toilet seat broken). Toiletries are complete. Staff service is good. Breakfast was below our expectations. The only thing we like is the ambience & spacious seating near the restaurant."
