"I booked this hotel based on the rate and the stellar reviews, and was not disappointed. This was only an overnight stay, but I'd definitely stay here again. It's about a 10 min walk from the Westlake Center rail stop, so it's easily accessible from the airport via train. There is a bit of a homeless population nearby (on 3rd Ave), but 4th Ave and the streets towards the water did not seem to have this. "The employees were very nice and polite. The breakfast was very good. We appreciated that they offered an option for a firmer pillow. Super clean room, comfortable bed. They offered actual name brand soap and shampoo, which was also great. We will absolutely stay here if we are ever in the area again."
