"Strange things happen at this hotel! Two of the three elevators did not work. Actually someone was shouting in one of those stuck elevators crying to be rescued. I requested to the guest services for a packaged to be dropped to my room. They informed me that other than security there is no one to drop that package to my room so I had to dress up and go down to pick it up. At 3-4 AM there were noises on the floor. Scattered stuff on the check-in counter."

"Some features seemed as if they were "falling apart", such as paint peeling off the walls in the lobby and the elevator shaking heavily when used. The area was nice, staff was very friendly, but we experienced some technical issues with the TV and wifi."

"From check in to check out and in between, this was the best place to stay in the Alexandria area. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast options were great. The metro shuttle was convenient. I have stayed at several other hotels but this is my favorite by far. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable."
