"The hotel was great and the staff really made the stay even more positive. The hotel has lots of facilities, especially the Bodyline gym and tennis courts. The attached mall is also a big plus. Special thanks to Matthew on the front desk, Charles in guest services and Abiguel in the lounge fow always going above and beyond."

"Great value for money. Very good eating and drinking options. Rooms were very good and breakfast options were great. Certain areas aroumd the property were in need of updating. The grass area and beds at the pool at the spa were shameful. We had several occasions of really noisy fellow customers and when we spoke to staff about asking them to quiten down just a little we were totally ignored. Lots of occasions where life guards were using thier moble phones on speaker phone which was frustrating...

"Spacious room. Hot showers. They gave me late check out at 1pm instead of 12pm so that was nice. There's a gym and pool on the top floor, with shower. So even after we checked out, we could still shower (they have us towels!) before heading to the airport. that was fabulous. Hotel definitely needs updating though!"

"The service was impeccable. Was approached by pleasant staff members and warm welcome. Stay was exceptional however the concierge was reluctant to keep our luggage even after we were promised. They kept it for 4hours but damagedy cabin bags and childs backpack. My child left in tears. I would highly recommend this hotel but would be reluctant to leave my belongings with the concierge. "
