"Shangri-La Dubai is a gorgeous property with amazing city views, but what won us over was the courteous staff and all the attention to details that went into making our 3 day stay superb. I had mentioned to Marwan on the Guest Services team that we were celebrating my daughters college graduation & they upgraded us to the Horizon Club with all the perks access to private dining and upgraded our room with a private check in. They had the room decorated for her and delivered a delicious cake & fruit to mark her achievments. The housekeeping staff to extra care of us and over overall we had a 5 star experience. We will definitely book another stay at the Shagri-La when we are in Dubai again. "
