"We booked a corner room. Room was ready upon check in. We were disappointed with the low floor. We called and asked for a higher floor. They said they didn’t have any available that day. But would call the following day with an update. Never received a call. Otherwise stay was great. HK did a great job. We had a drink and a dessert at the lobby bar. And breakfast the final day. Wonderful meals! Thank you. "

The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. They always answer with a smile. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. "
