"Excellent and frequent communication pre-stay. Warmly greeted upon arrival, shown around the facility before being led to glorious Garden Courtyard room on lower floor. Very spacious room with either side of the bed having direct access to bathroom facilities, robes, ironing facilities and tea making facilities behind the bed head panel. "Great location. I was able to check-in earlier than I was expecting. The studio loft was amazing and I was also able to checkout a bit later, which suited me. The staff were friendly and helpful and I can't wait to stay there again when in Hobart."
