"We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating, especially Sally. They even packed us breakfast to go for our early flight on our check out. "

"We arrived at the hotel around 7pm and check in was an easy process. Slightly annoyed that the room we wanted to choose was shown as available on their screen however it was rebooked for an additional by current guess. The room itself was clean and bed was comfortable. Our kettle was broken and reception replaced it right away. We asked for additional pillows and they were delivered immediately. "This is a first class hotel that is within easy walking distance of many of the tourist sites in Taipei. It is also close to a main metro station. We loved the attentive and friendly staff who always seemed pleased to see us. Highly recommended "

"Great hotel with super attentive staff. Room is very comfortable and has great amenities. The checkin was easy and the staff were always available to assist during our stay. Hotel is conveniently situated above Q Square which has a great selection of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Train and Bus stations are also downstairs in the shopping mall. Perfect place to discover the city. Only thing this hotel could improve is their Gym, its not set up very well and the equipment is pretty bad.....
