Check in on the 9th floor was confusing to find at first just not being in the lobby, so maybe they could add a sign for clear direction. Self operating laundry machines were nice. Breakfast didn’t look too appealing so I didn’t opt in for that. Room cleaners gave me 2 free bottles of water per day whether I drank the ones there already or...

"Paradise lives up to its name. A very beautiful hotel/casino within a minutes walk from the nightlife district of Haeundae. The outdoor heated pool and spa were amazing even in-4 degree weather. Staff were super friendly and helpful all spoke English as well. Highly recommend"
