"Staff are warm n welcoming, always with a smile,especially boss Insuk n the Choon, the lady who checked me in(hope i got d name right). Housekeeping does great job in cleaning n changing towels daily. Would be great if there was a closet to hang clothes. Bus stop for Airport limousine is conveniently located across d hotel, only 2 minutes walk. Thanks Insuk n team for your hospitality "

"Nice stay. The hotel is in the same building as another hotel so make sure you don’t get confused with the other and checkin at the wrong hotel (guilty). Aimi has some rooms that can net you a gorgeous looking view dependent on what type of room you get. The ocean view is the best by far!"

"Very nice hotel in a convenient location of town that makes it accessible to public transport to just about anywhere in Seoul, and walking distance to InsaDong, Cheongyecheon stream, Namdaemun market, Changdeogung Palace, and the terrific Fritz in Wonseo. Gym is small but nice, and the onsen public bath is terrific, with hot pool in and outdoor, which was especially lovely in the winter time. "Room was very large and had all the amenties, but could not control the temperature of the room. Consequently, we were very hot. Also, the shower was at a very awkward height. Felt like we were being blasted each time we were showering. "
