"It was quiet and exclusive. The staff is extremely friendly. It was near a bus stop and was great although the walk up to the hotel with a luggage bag can be quite tedious. Rooms are not that new but very clean!"

"숙소 위치나 많이 걷는 등의 내용은 이미 알고있었기에 전혀 불편하지 않았습니다. 정원동 배정 메시지를 보고 숲속동으로 변경요청을 했을때도 매우 친절하게 처리해주셨습니다. 다만 방 자체가 외풍이 심하고 보일러를 가장 높게 설정했음에도 밤새 안쪽까지는 바닥이 데워지지 않아 추운 상태에서 전혀 휴식이되는 수면을 취할 수 없었습니다. 힐링을 하러깄던건데 잠을 편하게 자지 못해 만족감이 높진 않네요. 그 외 시설이나 산책로는 깨끗하고 청결하게 관리되고 있었고 식사도 좋았습니다. 계절 때문이라해도 난방은 기본적인 문제일텐데 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 지인에게 추천을 받고갔던건데 저는 추천하지 않을것 같아요."

"The staff were exceptionally helpful, from their general professionalism and courteousness to helping us find amazing local places to eat. And I also need to mention how clean our rooms were every single day, the housekeeping staff thoroughly cleaned and supplied the room perfectly, I think the hotel itself, the physical aspects are fine, but what makes the property special are the well trained and professional and friendly staff. "
