"Nice mid priced hotel. Only downside is that it is about a 20 minute walk to shopping, restaurants and the MRT station on Orchard Road. Good value for the price but you need to travel by taxi or the MRT to get to most of the things that are of interest to tourists."

"Enjoyed our stay at Pan Pacific Service suites. Orchard Singapore. It was right in the centre easy shopping, staff very polite and always helpful and respected our needs. We had a late checkout as our flight back to England was at 20:55 and we were never charged for this. Overall we loved it and one day we will be back."

"We liked the location of this property, along the Singapore River, very walkable and close to entertainment and transportation. The property itself is a little out dated and could use modernization, but is clean and staff is friendly. We recommend this property if you do not want to spend all your vacation dollars on the accommodations."

Easy location by bus from the downtown. Limited food options nearby, close to Suntec Mall easy to walk and get the hop on bus. Overall it was a good stay. "
