"A fabulous stay, mainly down to the staff. It's a lovely hotel, with good food and their own gin, but the staff are so friendly and welcoming that it sets this hotel apart from others. We had a slight noise issue, which was resolved immediately by the night time reception team. The bar team served us quickly, whether it was wine or cocktails and the dining staff couldnt do enough for us. Checking in and out was perfect - everything explained and treated as friends.
