"Excellent location. Nice ambiance and spacious. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the stay and pool. It’s very close to place from where water sports begin. 2-3 min walkable to tram station and 6 min walk to surfers paradise beach location. Property should have kept sufficient toiletries which was missing. But altogether, a decent place to stay and if we plan to come back, we can surely choose this dwelling again. "
