"Check in times listed are not correct, which would not be a problem unless your train was delayed which ours was. Office closes early at 7. The employees are wonderful. The bar and patio area are great. If you have kids, it’s a great place to stay. Close to the beach, shops, and food. There are plenty of things to keep your kids occupied. The owners are wonderful and easy to talk to. "

Children were also using the gym and the sauna unaccompanied by parents. There was no supervision of this area by hotel staff. "The initial room was super small and a bit smelly. Surely something you won't expect at a 4/5 stars hotel. They moved me to a better one after I complained and the lady responsible rudely told me that those were the rooms they give to people paying "lower rates" through systems such as hotels.com and that she would have moved me if I had booked through them directly but as they had to pay commissions to the website that was the room they offered.
