When we checked in we found that we were booked for a “Garden Unit,” meaning a boat parked on the grass several meters away from any water. Your view from such a unit will likely be weeds, not water. "Check in times listed are not correct, which would not be a problem unless your train was delayed which ours was. Office closes early at 7. The employees are wonderful. "The shower holders run down and came off. Unable to adjust shower height. A visitors dog was barking the entire time! So many dogs I felt it was a kennel. Had to pay for tap water during dinner. The hotel has been around for many years - still in good condition but time for renovations. Clearer signs of off limit areas for children.!!! Service was great. Friendly and helpful staff."

"A very stylish place, great restaurant with very helpful and friendly staff. Really loved the vibe, perhaps not for everyones taste as it is rather stark and intimidating. I really appreciated the uniqueness personally and it's nice that there was a gym/pool etc. Minor downside, no iron or ability to iron which is a frustration for a business traveller staying there only one night.
