"We totally love this place! Staff is super friendly, check in was super quick and the food was amazing. This area is very secluded and quiet. No TVs in room which helped us connect with each other. "Had a lovely stay at this hotel with my family late August as a base to visit Tikal. The hotel was new, clean and very comfortable. Also enjoyed dinner at their on-site restaurant on a couple of occasions - we were impressed by the service and extra attention given to us by the staff - particularly by Sergio and Jose - thank you for being so nice to us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and will return when we visit Tikal and Guatemala again."

"La Lancha is an amazing place to stay if you like nature. We enjoyed every minute during our stay. The staff is very accommodating and provides excellent customer service. We enjoyed the sauna (temascal), swam in the lake and the hotel crew helped us coordinate a boat sunset trip to celebrate our daughter’s birthday.
